Cancellation/Refund Policy

How do I return my product?

If you have any problem with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of the package delivery. We will help you with the return/exchange process.

To request a return, please email us at support@tocloset.com or submit your request through this link.

We do not accept returns/cancellations or exchange for Customised Cases.

Return Or Exchange is not available in the event of a little color differentiation. Color may vary from actual pictures.

Any Customized product cannot be exchanged or returned as it can’t be a subject of resell any more.

Cancellation Policy

Exchanges (if applicable)

We offer exchanges for an additional charge of Rs.75. To request an exchange, please email us at support@tocloset.com or submit your request through this link.

Refunds (if applicable)

A pickup charge of Rs. 75 will be applicable for returns. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. You will also be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 working days. The refunded amount will be credited to your credit card or Reward Points/ToCloset Wallet. Please note, the ₹50 COD charge is non-refundable for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@tocloset.com.

Tocloset's return and exchange policy allows you to return or exchange items within 24 hours of delivery for any reason at an additional cost. Simply email us at support@tocloset.com

Your order will be processed in 24-48 hours. You will receive an email notification with the tracking number of your shipment within 1-2 business days. You can also check the status of your order on our website in the 'My Account' login section. 

You can simply log in to our website using the email ID you provided during checkout to track your order.

You can pay for your purchases using Cash on delivery, UPI, Wallet, Debit/Credit cards or via Net banking methods.

A non-refundable COD charge of ₹50 will apply. You can avoid this fee by opting for prepaid orders.

You can simply log in to our website using the email ID you provided during checkout to cancel your order. We recommend doing so within 4–8 hours.
